1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 7enbd website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering with, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and anyone who browses the 7enbd website without registering. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. 7enbd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 7enbd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. 7enbd does not permit access to any player who has not reached the age of 21.
• You are registering as an individual player on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registering as a professional or commercial player, or as an agent or representative of any gambling-related business that competes with 7enbd.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by 7enbd for any breach of these Terms.
• You are using funds that belong to you personally and are not using the Platform to launder money, commit fraud, or engage in any other unlawful activity.

7enbd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Where verification cannot be completed to 7enbd's satisfaction, the platform reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. False declarations regarding eligibility are a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of features on the 7enbd Platform, you must complete the registration process and open a player account. By submitting a registration application, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 7enbd is not responsible for any losses or consequences arising from failure to keep account information current.

• Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform at any time. Opening or operating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to be activity carried out by you.
• 7enbd reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time it deems necessary. You must cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing copies of government-issued identification documents.
• 7enbd may, at its discretion and without prior notice, close, suspend, or restrict access to an account where it has reason to believe that the terms of registration have been breached or that fraudulent or irregular activity has occurred.

Upon successful registration, you will be able to log in to your account using your registered Bangladeshi mobile number and the password you set during registration. 7enbd recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7enbd Platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the following conditions. 7enbd supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• bKash — instant deposit processing. The most widely used payment method on the platform.
• Nagad — fast nationwide processing available across all districts of Bangladesh.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — reliable mobile wallet accepted across Bangladesh.
• Bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are always visible when you are logged in to your 7enbd account. 7enbd does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside 7enbd's control.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals. In cases where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, 7enbd may process the payment to an alternative verified method in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and successful identity verification. 7enbd targets same-day processing for standard withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, though processing times may be longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7enbd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your account wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated when the bonus is issued.
• Bonuses are for use by the account holder only and may not be transferred to another player, account, or third party under any circumstances.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The 7enbd Platform is provided for legitimate entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, device, or IP address.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or payment infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to launder money, commit fraud, finance illegal activity, or engage in any other conduct contrary to applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share hand information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity or payment documents during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.

7enbd uses automated monitoring and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 7enbd may take immediate action including account restriction, balance forfeiture, and reporting to financial intelligence or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law.

7. Responsible Gaming

The 7enbd name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trade marks of 7enbd. Use of these trade marks without express written authorisation from 7enbd is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7enbd, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss — even if 7enbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7enbd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside 7enbd's reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions to service. 7enbd will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions. Where a game result is affected by a technical error that is demonstrably the fault of 7enbd's platform, 7enbd will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account.

10. Amendments to These Terms

7enbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, 7enbd will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a notice when you next log in to your account or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. The current version of the Terms is always the version displayed on this page.

If you continue to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has taken effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. 11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 7enbd, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 7enbd will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through lawful means available in the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
